Wmoto RT3 First 1000km Service
After my previous ride to Serendah Waterfall and Gedangsa Sekinchan Loop, my mileage went up significantly and my bike is ready for its very first 1000km service.
To preserve the 2 years/ 20,000km warranty, the bike must be either serviced by Mforce or its respective partners. Initially, I tried to call the HQ (Mforce Segambut) to make an appointment—surprisingly they told me the next available slot is 1 month from today, which is quite a ridiculous wait to get a simple task fixed.
The next day, I went to Ee Tiong Motorsport at Jalan Pahang which happens to be a Honda Big Wing 3S (Sales, Sparepart and Services) Showroom and also the authorised service for Wmoto. I requested for a first 1000km service and the process of checking-in was very smooth.
After I received the quotation and work order from the Service Advisor, I was then told to wait in the waiting are which is quite comfortable. I must say that I am quite impressed. I am paying a fraction of the Honda Forza 250 price, but I am able to enjoy the after sales and service provided by Honda.
There are TV in the showroom to keep us entertained (mostly they display Honda Ads), coffee machine, sweets, helmet rack, couch and free-flow chilled water in the fridge.
Make sure to bring your manual book along when servicing your bike. There's an inspection records on page 82. You should request your workshop (Mforce authorised dealer) to fill this part and stamp it for warranty safe keeping records.
